where do I download the member app?

The free Member App can be found in the Apple App Store for iOS devices and the Google Play Store for Android devices.

• On your phone, use the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to search for the Wild Apricot for Members app, or [tap] on the Apple or Google button below to link directly to the app page.

• Installation via Apple App Store: Download and install the iOS app by [tapping] the Get button and allow the process to complete.

• Installation via Google Play Store: Download and install the Android app by [tapping] the Install button and allow the process to complete.

how do I sign in to the member app once it's downloaded? 

Use your Probus Harbourlands Member Profile credentials to sign in:

• Your Username (your email)
• Your unique Password

Note

• These are the same Username and Password used to sign in to the Probus Harbourlands website.

what functionalities does the member app have? 

• Members: Look up contact information from the Probus Harbourlands Member Directory.

• Events: View and register for upcoming Activities and Events.
• My Tickets: Track which Activities and Events you have registered for and look up important event details (such as time and location).
• My Profile: Edit and update your Probus Harbourlands Member Profile information (such as adding a new phone number or changing your email address).
