How to Change Your Password

The following is a step-by-step guide for changing your password if you’ve forgotten it, or if you are logged in, but your password has been compromised.

If you forgot your password and can’t log in

1. Go to the Login Page

   • Visit the Probus Harbourlands login screen.

2. Click “Forgot Password”

   • This link is usually just below the password field.

3. Enter Your Email Address

   • Use the email associated with your Probus Harbourlands account.

4. Check Your Email

   • You will be emailed a password reset link to your inbox.

5. Click the Reset Link and Create a New Password

   • Follow the link in the email and set your new password.

If you’re already logged in

1. Log Into Your Probus Harbourlands Account

   • Go to the Probus Harbourlands website and log in using your email and password.

2. Click “Change Password”

   • Look for the Change password link in the upper right of the page beside your Name/Profile link.

3. Enter Your Current Password

   • You need to enter your current password for security purposes.

4. Enter Your New Password Twice

   • Make sure it meets any listed requirements (eg minimum length, use of special characters, etc).

5. Click “Save” or “Change Password”

   • Your new password will take effect immediately.
